Apologizing can be one of the most difficult things to do. But it’s only because you make it this way. It can be a simple process, however it requires taking your ego out of it.
Be Sincere When You Apologize
If you’ve done something wrong and hurt someone, then it’s only right to apologize. I know this has not been easy for me. You don’t want to admit that you’re wrong.
You don’t want to acknowledge you’ve hurt someone. But when you do decide to acknowledge it, then be sincere. Don’t give a flimsy apology. Be genuine.

Most of all, it takes courage to apologize. It makes you a better person. It humbles you and people respect you for apologizing considering most don’t do it out of ego. And it shows you have integrity and self-respect as a person.
