Sleep is a woman’s lethal beauty weapon, yet many women do not get proper sleep. They may be watching television late, out, or have too much on their minds to sleep on time.
I would sleep around midnight or one in the morning on weeknights…
I felt my energy diminished. My eyes were sore and tired. There were black circles under my eyes. My skin felt rough. I could barely get through the work days.
Yet I continued this routine for some time. Now that I think about it, I have no idea why I did this.
When I Got a Trainer, I Started Sleeping on Time.
My trainer told me it’s important to focus on eating healthy and exercising, but more importantly sleeping on time. He told me how it’s one of the most overlooked things.
I really wanted to shed some pounds, so I listened to my trainer’s advice and began sleeping around ten or latest by eleven every night.
The Benefits were Immense!
- It was Much Easier to Wake Up Every Morning
- I Had More Energy at Work
- I Felt Recharged in the Evenings After Work
- My Skin felt Gorgeous and Smooth
- Set a Healthy Routine in my Life
- Sleep Deeply and Well by Sleeping on Time
